- Dr. Dave Keller asked why we were here. Before this I would say I don’t know; I’m not a leader. After the Conference, I feel that I’m not a leader…yet. But, I know my “why”. My “why” is because someone believes in me and I need to believe in myself.
- I really liked the financial literacy section as it felt very relevant to my life.
- I liked how Dr. Joe Sanders explained we needed to find our “why” before our “what” in order to know our purpose and succeed.
- Being a leader is so much more than having the loudest voice; it is being able to better trust people around you and doing it with integrity.
- Leading other leaders is more difficult than leading followers. But, it is possible and can/will be very strong outcome.
